Before making a plastic double face pallet mold, we will take care of pallet mold design, analysis by Moldflow, the check injection gate layout, pressure in each injection gate, usually a 1200*1000 pallet use 16tips to 20tips points to confirm the injection in balance. Hot runner system and hydraulic system should be famous and stable for long time use. Our pallet mold also consider the suitable steel material, core and cavity use 718 or P20, moving parts, sliders, abrasion parts should make harden process for them to increase the hardness also mould life.
